Add Your Hearing Service to the Directory

Add your hearing service to the worlds only hearing service directory, or claim your service that may have already been added by our admins so that you can manage and edit and keep your page up to date.

Do you provide a service for deaf and hard of hearing people?

Are you a charity providing hearing aid retubing and repairs?

Are you an Audiology Department?

Are you selling the most up to date, high specification hearing aids on the market?

Do you provide hearing protection?

Have you just set up a club to support people in your area with hearing loss or tinnitus?

Do you run a deaf friendly sports club?

If any of the above situations apply to you we would love to have you on board. Our audience for our website is growing and we would like to see so many great local services added to our services map. Be part of a website helping deaf and hard of hearing individuals to find exactly what they are looking for.

We will charge you NO fee to add your service, it is completely FREE all we ask is that you keep all the information on your page up to date.

Instructions On How To Add Your Service or Claim Yours That May Already Be In The Directory

From the add service page you will need to register, click the Log In link within your User Login menu to the right.

Click on Create new account and register to the website.

Once you have registered you are able to now add a Hearing Service using the user menu on the right.

On the Add Hearing Services page you will have all the fields to enter in your information. When you add your address, please also click on the map the location of your service and it will then show up on the main services map across the site.

When you save your service's page, you should see it on the next page, it will nearly be ready and if you are missing the map at the bottom, please make sure you have added your address correctly and clicked on the map. It will have a pink background which means it is still in moderation and won't be seen on the site by anyone else just yet.

If you head to 'My Account' in the User menu in the right sidebar you will be able to see all of the services you have added, from here you can manage all of them.

Now that you have added your first service, it will be in the moderation queue and you will receive 2 emails, one for the new service you have added and to say it has been added for moderation and the second one to show when it has been approved. This email may also come with notes or suggestions to enhance your profile and service's page.

Once it has been put live, you will receive an email and you will be able to find it on the main services page using the map and filtering options. Above I have zoomed in on our test service page which is now ready and searchable across the website.

Claiming Your Page

If your page already exists, then you can claim it. Find the page and click on the claim link, you will need to register so that an account can be associated with the service. This claim will be moderated by our staff and you will be emailed once this goes through.

If it is successful you will be able to edit and moderate your own services in the exact same method as above.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
